Dr. Erica Dumeyer is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in
Biochemistry from Western Kentucky University. She left her “Old Kentucky Home” and attended Auburn
University College of Veterinary Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Since
graduating, she has worked in general practice with areas of interest including orthopedics, soft tissue
surgery, ultrasonography, and rehabilitation/obesity prevention. Dr. Dumeyer is currently pursuing and studying for her CVPM, building a brand-new clinic in Tyler, Texas, and mentoring new doctors and staff members. She is married and lives in Flint, Texas with her amazing husband, Colin and 4 dogs. She enjoys the personal aspect of veterinary medicine and connecting with her patients and owners to achieve our motto of “More Good Years Together”.
